The Nourished Human provides prepared meal services and related wellness products. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders must be placed through our official website or authorized channels. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the listed price at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, payment issues, or suspected misuse of our services.

3. Subscriptions

Subscribers receive recurring meal deliveries at a discounted rate. Subscription charges will automatically process based on your selected plan. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle through your customer account or by contacting us directly.

4. Deliveries and Packaging

We strive to deliver all meals on schedule and in excellent condition. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the provided address. The Nourished Human is not responsible for meals left unattended or for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, courier issues).

All meals are delivered in reusable insulated bags. Customers must return their delivery bags by placing them outside for pickup on their next scheduled delivery. Failure to return a delivery bag will result in a $25 non-bag retrieval fee, which will be automatically charged to the customer’s account.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will review each case and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or credit.

6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we take great care in meal preparation, our kitchen handles common allergens. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consumption. The Nourished Human is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects related to individual sensitivities.

7. Nutritional Information

Any nutritional information provided is an estimate and for general guidance only. Variations may occur depending on preparation methods, portion sizes, and ingredient changes.

8. Privacy
